Inspired by the warmth of wood and featuring a 1950s AGM (Australian Glass Manufacturing) telephone pole insulator, the concept of this quirky lamp came about as a vision of the insulator appearing as water flowing out of a tap.

Our Tap Lamp begins with a piece of recycled old hardwood off-cut. The weathered-grey surface is brushed back to reveal the beautiful colour and texture of the timber hidden beneath, the timber sanded and holes drilled.

We flush mount our hand Manufactured brass plate for our high-quality brass cable restraint, complete a final sanding then seal the timber with Scandinavian Oil (contains a polyurethane sealant) and polish off with wax.

The pipework and tap are given a rustic patina and protected with several coats of clear enamel varnish prior to final assembly. We hand-drill selected Insulators.

We have limited the edition of our tap lamps to 5 only. Due to the popularity of our tap lamps, we only have Edition No.4 remaining and we will be closing out the edition once sold. Contact us to secure your lamp before its too late.
